Initial Sketches

Since I am interested in designing a break-dance performance within a building that emulates Ottoman architecture, I have begun doing some sketches about the exterior of my building could look like. I must make sure that it does not look too much like a mosque in order to avoid cultural discrimination. I have had an idea that was brought to my attention by a fellow class-mate of my Josh Lewis in which I could abstract the building as one moves through it. So have the front elevation for example that emulates the Ottoman architecture, but as one moves through it, or observes it from the side, it has a completely different style of architecture.

I like this sketch however I feel that it is too mosque like and it needs to be abstracted further to avoid potentially offending the Turkish community.

With this sketch I am interested in having an arch way as one walks onto my float.
